Do I pay for each staff member?
No. The price covers your whole organization. Staff and branch counts are plan limits, shown on each plan card. Parents and students do not count as staff, while the number of active students depends on the plan.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You can no longer add new records that count toward that limit, such as staff members or branches. Everything else, including work with existing data, continues as before. To upgrade your plan, contact our specialist.
How do I pay for my subscription?
You agree on the plan and payment terms with our specialist. Once the platform team confirms the payment, your subscription is activated or extended. Online subscription payment is not available yet.
Does Jibas issue fiscal receipts?
No. A Jibas receipt is not a fiscal receipt: you issue fiscal receipts from your own cash register.
Which plan lets you accept online payments?
Edu Pro and up, as a pilot feature: once the platform team switches it on and your organization's Click or Payme account is connected in settings, students can pay to that account.
