Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Jibas account. The account is deleted once we confirm that you are its owner.
Send a request
Enter the phone number linked to your account and write “Delete account” in the comment.
Our specialist will contact you on that number to confirm that you own the account.
A “Jibas Business” staff account is the same Jibas account linked to this phone number. It is deleted with the same request.
What is deleted
- Sign-in data: password, all sessions and trusted devices.
- Push notification tokens and the Telegram link.
- Your consent to cross-border data transfer.
- The link between your account and the learning center's records.
What is kept
Records the learning center (organization) keeps in its own books: studies, attendance, grades and payments. The center retains them for the periods set by law and contract.
To delete them, contact the center. If such a request reaches the platform, it is forwarded to the center.
